We had a wonderful and busy Easter weekend. First I have to say...I'm SO thankful to serve a RISEN Lord. He IS ALIVE!!!!!!!!
Brandon was home and we were able to spend time as a family! :) He left for work again on Monday. Thank goodness it is only Shreveport this time!
On Good Friday we went the the annual Whittington Easter egg hunt. It was such a beautiful day to be outside and we really enjoyed it. Max got a little sunburned on top of his baldy head because I didn't put a hat on him :(.

The first egg Faith found was next to this wagon....it took her a while to get back into egg hunting. She just wanted to ride in the wagon. By the time she really got into it most of the eggs were already found. She found 6 eggs though!

Faith was so ready to eat one that she just took a bite (I told her it had a shell on it).....
.....but then she decided it was nasty!!!!
After all that work....cookies and koolaid!!! YUM!!
Saturday morning while I was running errands getting ready for her party she, Max, Mimi, and Pappaw dyed eggs! She was very careful and only broke a couple. She first thought all those little cups were "juice"....haha!
So much fun!

Easter Sunday
She thought she was being so sneaky opening that bunny while I was taking pictures. I did use it to bribe her for some good pics.
This one is my favorite! As you can tell by the drool on Max's outfit he is cutting another tooth. This will be number 6 for him....3 on top and 3 on bottom.
Max was already getting tired so I didn't get any good ones of him by himself.
Wow...this has turned out to be a long post....with lots of pictures but like I said...it was a busy weekend!
