Tractor......

I just wish you all could hear Faify saying that....It is so cute and she LOVES tractors! Everywhere we go she looks for them. Since there is so much construction going on in Ruston we see them all along the side of the road (or some type of large machine...she calls them all tractors). She loves to ride the tractor with Papaw!! They started cutting and bailing the hay in the pasture across the street. And Faith has been able to hear the tractors all day. We've walked to the end of the driveway quite a bit this week to see the tractors working. And everytime we leave our house or come home we have to look out in the pasture for them. So we were on the way home from Mimi and Papaw's tonight and Faith saw the tractor sitting in the pasture.... it was sitting on top of the hill with the sun setting behind it. It looked like the perfect photo opportunity so I ran downstairs, grabbed the camera, and drove across the street, through the pasture to try to take her picture by her favorte machine with this beautiful background (I was hurrying because the sun was setting fast and I knew it would be gone soon). So I got her out of the car and stood her in front of the tractor and she started CRYING!!!!!! I was shocked.....I guess it was cool from far away but not so much up close. It reallly was MUCH larger than Papaw's. So this was all I got...

Of course the sun was almost gone at this point and she still wasn't very happy with me. Oh and check out those purple socks. She insisted on Mimi putting them on her and then would NOT take them off!! HAHA And, of course, as soon as we got to the house she started begging to see the tractor and told me she would say "cheese"....crazy girl!! So much for my little photo shoot!!
