Summer=Swimming

Summer is here and that means we've been doing a lot of swimming. Faith was very cautious the first couple of time we were at the pool. She was content to sit on the side and splash.

Eventually I got in the pool with her and she would get in with me but would NOT let go. She would sit in the floatie ring but not for long.

One day we decided to try the arm floaties on her. She kicked and screamed and DID NOT want me to put them on her...finally I got them on and put her in the water and she took off and had OH SO much fun! She was all of the place. I think she felt like she was just like Abby and Maggie so she was happy about that.

 

She will swim all over the pool by herself.  She is learning (the hard way) to keep her mouth closed because she takes in quite a bit of water!  HAHA   She will also jump off the side or the ladder and go all the way under!  She never wants to get out!  She is a little fish!

Max likes the water too.  He gets in his floatie seat and kicks his little legs and pushes himself all over the pool. 

   

 

They both have a nice little tan already!
